Jewish Deli Classics - Print Collection

For this series, I'wanted to lean into the nostalgia of old-school New York Jewish deli culture. The places that fed neighborhoods, brought people together, and became part of the fabric of the city. Through my hand-painted window-sign style, I'm paying tribute to the bygone era of deli and appetizing. With period-specific pricing and foods that live in our collective memory, this collection is a love letter to those beloved establishments and their specialties.
And it doesn't stop at the greatest hits. Alongside the familiar favorites are deeper cuts. Dishes that may not be known by everyone, but are unforgettable to the people who grew up with them. This series of paintings is as much about the corner institutions we all remember as it is about those tucked-away little neighborhood gems that fall into the “if you know, you know” realm.
